Grandma chestnut cake

The name is Castagnaccio.
I warn you is not for everyone's taste, is not sweet but I like the contrasting flavours of sultanas, chestnuts, pine nuts and rosemary. It's pure autumn and always reminds me of my grandma.

Recipe:
500gr chestnut flour
500ml lukewarm water
4 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons olive oil
Pinch of salt
100 gr sultana
60 gr pine nuts
One fresh rosemary sprig
Well this is a guideline but in general I always exceed with sultana and pine nuts ;)
Mix well flour, water, oil, sugar and salt until you have a smooth fluid mixture than add sultana, pine nuts and the leaves of rosemary. Transfer in an oiled baking-tin and leave @ 200C for 40min or until you start to see cracks on the surface.
