Straight and Narrow

I had about 50 minutes between clients when I found myself near Holly Shelter, so in I went. It was early afternoon, so the light was awful, but the place is beautiful.

Holly Shelter is more than 76,000 acres of game reserve. I had hoped my next client would cancel so I could stay there and wait in silence for woodpeckers or some other bird. Maybe a deer. But, no, my client was ready to go about 30 minutes after I arrives, so I was off to work again.

I need to do this more often.
