day four of feeling horrid...thankfully it improved some for most of today...but then again, I sneezed not too long ago and it feels as if my throat is bleeding now...

most likely tomorrow will be the first sick day since I started work about a year ago...I typically don't get sick, and if I do, I do my best to keep it from affecting like in general...sadly I need a break...not being able to talk w/out pain really makes working in a environment where I talk on the phone for 8 hours a day a bad idea...
