Under the Maple Tree

Well I loved my image of yesterday with its painted effect, that I had to go out today and try again.
It is never the same second time around, the sun was not shining and the wind was stronger, but I still quite like the effect we have here of the repetition.
The builder came today - so job of repairing the garage is now done.
It will be just waiting for a coat of paint now!
Tonight we have been invited out to a dinner party, where we pay what we think the meal is worth, and the money will be donated to the Court Theatre, to help it get up and running again after the earthquakes.
