So you're home then...

Today was spent doing a training needs analysis for a client in Coventry. Interesting, challenging and enjoyable, albeit exhausting. This piece of work came through The Learning Architect; www.thelearningarchitect.com.

I am one of a consortium of 'niche experts' i.e. freelance consultants, who specialise in behavioural effectiveness. We take time to learn about the specific needs and the challenges of organisations, then design and deliver bespoke solutions.

The photo is of course Boots, my dog. This was her when I arrived home. Excited to see me and keen to demonstrate this. I took this shot as she was barking her welcome home to me. At least that's what I think she was doing; not quite mastered the art of dog speak yet!! It's not the sharpest photo, but I think it captures the moment perfectly.
