Walked down to Steven and Kelly's new flat tonight. They got the keys at lunch time.

Ripping out carpets, cleaning and moving boxes were on the agenda tonight.

Tomorrow new carpets getting laid, 'the man with the van' brings their furniture and they can stay the night:)

Sunday, cleaning their old flat ready for the tenants to move in next week.

It's all go.

Happy times for them.

Will be nice to have them in walking distance too:)
