The Symphoricarpus is more usually known as the Snowberry (most commonly) - or the Ghostberry - or the Waxberry - depending upon one's preference.
Viewed under LED light, especially LARGE , it's easy to see where the 'snow' and 'wax' associations come in.
Personally I like the Ghostberry name - spooky!
