Woodpecker

Most of the reason I photograph birds is that I rarely know what bird I am looking at without a lens. Save a robin, cardinal, hummingbird. I never would have noticed the detail on the back of this bird without the lens. I am hoping a very knowledgeable blipper can i.d. him/her for me for sure. My guess is a Gila.
