Herding Children

On one of my afternoon dog walks, I saw these two women crossing the street with these seven little toddlers. Some of the children had spotted me and Poppy and I could hear them calling out "Doggie, look at the doggie." I wondered how the women were going to keep these children together while crossing the street and then I looked more closely and saw that they were using a rope. At first I thought the kids were tied together, but I'm not sure they were. I think they were probably told to hold on to the rope and not let go. Anyway, they were cute children and I thought it was a funny picture.
