Ok. It's 8.44pm. I've just got back to work after Aikido, and I have to finish my presentation by tomorrow. Then on Thursday, I will debut my exciting results to a bunch of people who will politely listen but probably forget.

But it's my PhD, and I care more about my esoteric subject than anyone else in the whole world. I want to make an impact. I want to show people what I can do. I need to think positive.

It's going to be a loooong night.
