Street Food

This is the little stand in Puerto Lopez that sells the best corviches to be found (besides the ones in Las Cabanas that are 80 cents and served on a little stainless steel plate with limes and a fork and knife). She takes a lot of care in making each one so it's a wait but well worth it for 35 cents.

Corviche = plantain/peanut butter mushy dough stuffed with fish and deep fried.
