This was the calm before the ... calm of Mount's Bay sailing today.

These are two of the three matching gigs of the Mount's Bay Gig Club that were on the water today. The third, "Lady Sue", is being trundled down the beach behind me on its squeeky trolley accompanied by about 20 people - which, all in all, would, I suspected, have spoilt the shot - so two out of three it is.
