Losing the Light

I have been out all day but not walking, so no photos. When I got back home I knew there was only going to be another 1.5 hours or so of light left so went up to the allotment to see if there was anything to pick. Only 2 very small courgettes and the rest had been nibbled or not growing now.

The light was going and I was trying to get a shot of these berries. Using manual changing the settings (shutter speed, aperture, ISO) on the Nikon and mostly getting blurry or dark shots!! However, managed to get one I could blip. Still not happy with it but it's a learning curve.

I'll be catching up on your journals as I am curled up on the sofa this evening :) Sometimes it's nice to chill and not be out on a night or am I just getting older?
