Watercolour

A day in the hills which started a bit drizzly, then dried up and became a bit brighter then higher up it was just water, no colour, and on the top was wet and windy. Two hills were on the agenda but the second had to do without our presence due to the conditions. The way down was across acres of russet and green boggy ground - very slippery in places as most found to their cost, but at least the landings were soft.
Afterwards hot chocolates in the local bar and a fish supper on returning home.
I took 7 pics in all but have only kept this one. Several had rain spots and some nice fungi seemed to confuse the focussing as they were blurred but the grass behind sharp - I wonder if the shine from being wet was the problem, they should have been okay as they were the main part of the photo.
