Take them bowling

We spent a long time decorating the Minds over Matters office so that clients could feel relaxed there. Tasteful paintings were hung, soft lighting, the smell of lavender in the oil burner, tranquil ambient music playing...

It took about six months until one client pointed out that the view from the window of the dilapidated Rowing Club building opposite was, well, a little off putting. I keep the blinds drawn at all times now.
