Empty chair

In my house there is an empty chair that will never be filled again.

Today's plan was to blip 'Sixteen' at Greyfriars, whence I went with Allan. Trouble was, I left the G12 at home. I'd been in the garden all day, digging out ivy and sticks and nettles and eventually planting some plants.

A long call to #1 friend Y meant I had to rush to shower and get out, doh, left the camera on the dresser and even worse thought I'd put the MP3 in the washing machine. Luckily, turned out I hadn't. Phew.

'Sixteen' at Greyfriars were superb sublime, although the pews were really uncomfortable. Those in the know take a cushion.

Been a good day for weather and for life (and les bleues won too!).

For some reason this broken chair had been left sitting under the Jawbone arch. A metaphor for my life.
