Härkin

"Härkin" is a Finnish word which very few modern Finns know. On the left side you see such a tool which is made by the brother of Mrs Akkuv. It is used in cooking, stirring eg. porrage, pup or dough.
Earlier nothing was wasted in countryside. This kind of tool was done after Christmas from a tried Christmas tree, which was cut to suitable piece.
And by the way, on the right side you see Mrs Akkuv crocheting something.
