National Baking Week - Croissants

National Baking Week starts tomorrow, so I thought a baking blip was in order.

I am still amazed at myself that I can actually make croissants (thanks to Richard Bertinet). They're definitely not as even as they should be and perhaps a touch too bronzed, but they'll make a fabulous Sunday morning treat just for me.
