Raspberry Pink
Mens Health 10k today... with lots of obstacles that I did rather pedestrianly.. good fun regardless. Slipped and gave myself a nice pink'un along the way.
Still gutted about Wales and the rugby. the ruling was correct, but the law is a farce.
