Autumn

A lovely mellow autumn day today. One big benefit of living in Inverness is that I am getting to really appreciate autumn. In Caithness the leaves usually fell very quickly and very often before we got to admire the lovely colours. I had a lovely long walk along the banks of the Ness and enjoyed the reflections in the river.

No school for another week! Bliss! Looking forward to spending sometime with Rosamund, Freya and Noah who arrive tomorrow afternoon.
