Low-level Cherry Picking

Watched this bit of sign adjustment work being carried out on Gordon Street today thinking, they could have used two ladders here. Of course, the van that this cherry-picker was attached to hadn't been serviced in an age, and was belching out fumes to lift these two characters a mighty 8 feet off the ground.
