Good with food

I know food prices are going up but £9.47 for two leeks!!
When I went back to the shop to query the bill the young lad was perplexed and couldn't see where the problem was. He had some difficulty in understanding the concept of a weight of 0.3445 kg and translating that to inputting 3.445 kg into the till.
