The Blue Door

Have had a busy day today at Scone Palace. I went with a friend and the weather behaved itself for once and we had a brilliant day. We went looking for the Hawfinches near the top of the road but we didn't see any :( but a bonus was seeing large flocks of Redwings and Fieldfares and also saw and heard a Jay. I could have chosen a lot of photos for my blip today including the palace itself, the Moot Hill next to it (where the Scottish Kings were crowned), peacocks and red admiral butterflies but this photo just stood out for me. It's a blue door to the walled garden up at the top of the pinetum.

Now I have a lot of catching up to do on here so away to read some journals ;) xxx
