Apologies to any vegetarians!
This is me cooking my favourtie dish - 'Tilli liha' (My spelling is awful I know!) also know as Dill Meat. Mum used to cook it all the time when I was younger, but I never make it as much as I'd like. It's lamb, cubed and boiled with dill and whole black pepper - the drained meat is served in a white sauce flavoured with some of the meat juices, dill and some suger and vinegar. I normally eat it with boiled potatoes - yum!
