Licking the plates clean.

Despite how this looks Hannah is just drinking gravy - she's not just been sick on the plate.

Nat made an amazing casserole and roast potatoes tonight (that I failed to make because I'm having a dozy day and had a potato emergency). It was really good and we all drank the gravy. YUMMO.

We also went for a run in the morning and I failed a lot. But by the end of the year I'll be amazingly fit. It's been decided.
