A walk in the woods

Teresa, Jack & I had a stroll out in Stanmer park, past the sheep, up into the woods, and down into Stanmer village. I've been visiting this place since I can remember, come almost every birthday I get the chance and am intrigued by my nostalgia for the place as it was in the early 1980s, when there was a working farm and swans living on the pond by the church. Now the farming family are gone, the pond is drying up, but the place is still a little bit special.
