Crocus laevigatus
Another glorious day.
Not for us long rambles down leafy tracks :-(( The girls seem able to soak up time and it was late afternoon before two of us finally got on our bikes in the (almost) countryside. No sun by then ... no blip either.
So it has to be another crocus from the collection here at home. Crocus laevigatus in a pale lilac form, white anthers, classic much divided orange style. I have several in flower around the garden but the only perfect flower is this one, benefitting from the protection of a cold frame. Lest the macro lies, I should say that it's a wee 'un, just 3cm across.
