A Sunday Adventure!

For the past few weeks.....actually more like a couple of months...Terry has been searching for a truck to replace the old one(s) we have....the one we use transporting lumber etc and the older one that has the snow plow attached to it....both are a bit on the aged side! so, today we drove about an hour and a half away - for a look at another truck! The previous 2 trucks we looked at - also about an hour and half away....didn't fit the bill...altho the 2nd one was a big possibility, and Terry would have bought it, but the seller failed to mention that he needed it till the end of the month!!! You'd think that would be a pretty important piece of information to give us before we drove all that way......so before we set off, Terry enquired as to whether he could actually drive this truck away if he bought it...the answer was yes!!! So we set off, got a bit lost - lack of road signage, not very accurate maps from Kijiji and less than precise directions from the seller....however, we got there and while Terry did a test drive i got to sit down on their dock, over looking the lake and had a fine time - just what i needed! this was sitting just beside me!

So now Terry has a new (2001!) used truck....it is silver and looks pretty neat! Now we he has to figure out a new plow system for this truck!!!

I wonder what sort of adventure awaits me us!!!!
