time for a rest

Well, I went back to visit my new friend again this evening. I'm told he is a gander named Stanley but then a friend says he was told she's a goose. I'm on a mission to find out. I'd hate to find out I've been calling a goose Stanley all this time! For now, he is Stanley. When I pulled in he was grooming his snowy white feathers. He doesn't seemed bothered by me and my camera getting close to him. He even walked over near me for a closer look! Then it was time for a rest. He snuggled his head into his down and looked very relaxed. That is when I bid my goodbye for today!
