Bairro Alto, Lisbon

Lisbon's Bairro Alto doesn't really get going until after 11pm, but by 1am it is thronged with people drinking on the street. The bars only serve drinks in plastic cups, because almost everyone takes their drink outside. Despite the high concentration of people, it's very chilled out.
