Autumn Comes to the Cascades

I enjoyed a very fine day with my son at the Portland International Raceway. Lots of great photos of the day. The trip over to Portland provided the blip for the day.

Each time I've seen the sign in the blip, I thought I should get shot of it. It always goes by at 60 mph. I think I'll get that photo next time. The photo mindfulness that is developing in me as I contiinue this journal gave me the impetus to turn around and capture the blip for today.

It is great to be alive near the 45th Parallel in the Pacific Northwest.
