Topsham Quay

Had an over night stop here on the way to Cornwall.

On the river Exe was once a very large port. Is now a small town with some lovely 17th century merchant houses built in the Dutch style. Interesting shops and some good restaurants.

Wonderful place to see birds in winter, especially the Avocets.
