Hangin'

Day off today, but the weather is seriously rubbish.
Walked the dog, hit the gym, (and hung about chatting so felt like one the proper iron pumping crowd that seem to spend a whole afternoon pumping, chatting, preening, admiring, chatting a bit more. Mind, they do have the muscles to prove that a bit more pumping than appears to be the case does in fact go on...). I also made brownies, and a beef stew and caught up with True Blood (an awesome vampire drama on channel 4), did some practise (just for a change) and faffed around on squashtv and made this brief foray into the wonderful world of bliplandshire... ;)

You can tell from all the waffle I've got time on my hands today...
