Welcome to Norfolk

This disorientated swan was causing delays on the Cambridgeshire/Norfolk border this morning, wandering all over the A1101.

The chap in green eventually managed to shoo it into a field but it did really want to stay in the middle of the road!

Stella update: after chewing a stitch out last night she's now on veterinary instruction to stay in the cone of shame at all times! She hasn't done much damage thankfully but I wanted it looked at before I have to leave her for a few hours tomorrow (funeral). They kindly examined her for free :) & in other news the plumber called & my boiler will be fixed once & for all this week! Fingers & paws crossed all round though eh?!
