Plug and play

This USB connector goes to my phone.

It was supposed to be plug-and-play, automatically installing the software you can back up the phone book with but took several emails to the support before it was up and running on my laptop.

Very useful, though, and certainly worth the emails if it saves me from losing half the phone numbers again when the phone finally gives up the ghost.
