Q: Why did the swan cross the road?

A: To seriously annoy the motorists on the bridge.

Last year a whole bunch of them staged a sit down in the middle of the road and caused traffic chaos. I think there are some evil bird forces at work. Wouldn't be surprised if there was a serious world domination plot brewing.

Or do I mean hatching?

Other than this amusing interlude, pretty much just another day in the office except for the seriously painful neck and shoulders that kept me awake half the night. Came home from work at 2.30, slept for an hour and a half, then logged on to catch up with some emails. At least I have the flexibility that goes with modern technology. No swanning around for me ...
