Rotting Log

This is part of the horse eating log on one of the tracks at the yard. I photographed it tonight while walking the dogs, I was taken by it colour and texture. The horses are never at ease with it as its colour changes with the weather and its visiblity changes with the seasons! Hope those of you in the U.K. dont get blown away tonight.
