Our soon to be *New* home

Pheenyx called this morning. The woman is in her busy season with work - she's a chef with a catering company i believe- we were the only ones to do follow ups with her about the house. This 4 bedroom 2 bath house on 4.5 acres over 2000 sqft.! it's awesome!

The weather here today is awesome too! So for now, this monday -for us anyway- didn't behave like a "monday" lol!
