Cherry Brandy = Light Check

This cherry brandy is two years old and should be ready for dispensing its vitamin C over the winter period.
Tastes Good and is great drizzled over ice cream or Apple Crumble.
The best use of Morello cherries I can think of.
2lb of cherries
a cup full of sugar
1 ltr of cheap brandy
Method
Put all in a suitable jar
shake once a day for a week
then once a week for the next 4 weeks
then once a month for a year
leave for another year
Drink when you have a cold or feel under the weather

Blackberry Whisky substitute Blackberries and Whisky
Sloe Gin substitute Sloes and Gin

You can't beat it when you're feeling ill
if you want to experiment with the sweetness start with 2 oz of sugar then add 2oz and taste and more until you get it how you like it.

I have found less is better.

Maybe ill just have a little sample before I go to bed.
