Lichen

Took myself out for a walk today in the blustery wind to shake off the tiredness. It worked initially, but when I got home I felt ever so slightly shattered. Liked this yellow lichen which I stumbled on growing on some of the trees.

3rd blood tests today, other 2 sets of tests over last 2 weeks did not get cover all the tests necessary - not sure who's fault it was - so this blood is to test for the bacteria that cause ulcers. Then more bloods on Thursday to re-test my potassium levels and renals. All so confusing. I don't think I've got any blood left to give. Never mind, I'm getting a bit braver now when they stick that needle in. Ouch.
