Masca

This is the reward viewpoint after driving 40 minutes of hairpin bends and laterally single track roads and nearly pranging my Skoda hirecar. We only lasted 5 minutes and then headed back down the mountain again because we urgently needed access to the internet.

Saying our hotel here doesn't live up to what was promised is a bit of an understatement so we phoned Hays to see if they could do anything. They phoned when we at Masca to say they had an alternative.

It's been dull all day. The plan b hotel reads similar on the internet to this one. Son is used to here, wife hates it and mother in law not bothered.

Tomorrow is going to be a better day.
