Can you believe it's Autumn, the wind was chilly but the day felt lovely.
Before work I walked for hours around the city, miles of leafy, chilly, bright and simply wonderful.

I love this time of the year, the colours and the smells filling the air, the coolness and freshness are a real joy to me.

Down by the river the boat crews were busy and all the runners had a real spring in their steps.

When I finished work it was already dark, the gym session was hard but good and then it's home for food........boy the time flies!
