Great Chalfield
A friend and I took a look at Great Chalfield Manor this afternoon, including a quick guided tour of the house (where photography isn't allowed). The house was bequeathed to the National Trust sixty years ago but the current tenants still manage the garden, which has been restored from a state of extreme neglect during their time there. The stone pond is thought to be an original feature, as it matches plans on display within the building, uncovered during the renovation and restored to glory.

Backblips begin here. I took over 150 RAW photographs on Friday 14th and will probably not choose and upload a blip until I have processed all of them, which I expect to take a few days.
