Dinner...

Had a busy night after work tonight, my usually strict 'no takeaway' rule flew out the window of my car when i just could not be bothered cooking when i got home.

Oporto grilled chicken burger it is then! Oops. Good thing i'd slogged it out at the gym before hand - hopefully i mitigated the effect of dinner on my butt by doing so.
