Little illy!

Miage was diagnosed with meningitis in march and after a lengthy six months on steroids she made a good recovery. Yesterday however we noticed that she was very quiet and the symptoms were returning. A trip to the vet this morning confirmed she has a high temp and a very sensitive spine. She has been given a dose of non steroidal anti inflammatories and a shot of anti biotics and we have to take her back tomorrow. If there is no improvement it will almost certainly confirm that the meningitis is back again. That will mean a MRI scan possibly a spinal tap and another lengthy course of steroids. Meanwhile Mees is feeling very sorry for herself and is lying in the sun watching the world go by. Bless that Mees....positive thoughts everybody please!
