Meet Honey

Honey is a five month old working cocker spaniel who came to live with us over the summer. I figured, since the youngest girlie was off to school in September, instead of having another baby, as some of my friends have done, I would get a puppy instead! And it actually really is like having another baby in the house anyway! Oh the joys! Seriously, she is fab, we all love her to bits and it is great having a reason to get out in the fresh air every day instead of just working, working, working as I would have done otherwise (because I do work! Really! Even though it may not seem that way! Honest! Stop looking at me like that!)

This photo was taken on our walk at Eccup this morning. Honey loves Eccup as there's lots of long grass she can hide in and lots of sheep she can chase - or think she can chase until I tell her otherwise! Today she encountered cows for the first time. She was not so impressed with the cows!
