Reflections in a puddle

I was in a nearby street trying to get a blip and took this one. I didn't notice there was a man in the car. He said "Are you sending that to them?" After some conversation it transpired he'd been sent by the council to inspect the puddle. I then had to explain it was for artistic purposes and tell him about blipfoto......and my mum said I shouldn't talk to strange men in cars!
