School photo

We received O's school photo today. I always find them quite strange as I never think the photos look like my O.

She has a bruise between her eyes from bumping her head on the bed, a few days before the photo was taken, when showing us her yoga moves.
She has marks on her face from her recent bout of chickenpox which hasn't quite cleared up.
She has sores at the corners of her mouth from an awful mouth infection which is only now starting to clear up.

She's still beautiful to us!


I changed the photo to black and white so the marks don't look so bad.
