October sunshine

Nipped out to get a stamp from the post office at lunchtime and it was such a lovely day, I decided to head across the public footpath that runs through this field by work. There are usually lots of horses in the field. Found some interesting woodland at the end of the path but didn't really have the footwear or time to explore further. Will have to venture that way again soon.

Such a sunny (but cold) day. Apparently we are all in for our first frost tonight. Sitting here with frozen toes, I can believe it!
