Going Home

The turbulent waters of the North Minch had subsided enough to allow the MV Isle of Lewis to make it's scheduled afternoon crossing to the mainland port of Ullapool. So no extension to our holiday.

There is a fair dusting of snow lying on the mountains of the NW Highlands; Beinn Dearg, Ben More Assynt, An Teallach and Cul Mor but to name a few. Time to look out my ice axe and crampons from the gear cupboard!
